LE for 0 stardollars?

Hi, I was visiting someones sale and they wre selling the LE chained necklace. Is it really LE because they bought it for 0 stardollars.

    God people are so rude! I didn't know that about the LE necklaces and I've been on this a few months. Not everyone can afford LE like the obnoxious user who didn't even leave their name
